These sessions are meant to delve deeper into your day to day lifestyle and how to better manage either your time, stress, kids, etc while maintaining both your physical and mental health for yourself. We ALL need guidance at some point or another. We aim to help work with your current lifestyle and offer knowledge and guidance on choosing healthier options that still work with your day to day life to improve whatever that ails you.* *All information shared during each session are completely private and a Non Disclosure Agreement is required prior to each consultation. We respect your privacy and ask that you respect the privacy of Mama G's Apothecary by not sharing the information that will be shared. All consultations, recommendations, diagnosis, etc are tailored to you and only you.
